Feleena Sutton is the Sole Proprietor of Roman Candle Communication, which was founded in June of 2003. Feleena has over fifteen years experience working with local, federal and state government agencies. Previously she served as legislative staff to State Senator Jim Costa and Assemblymember Sarah Reyes.
